Additionally, you can select from various call-out levels to find the plan that best suits your needs.

Before you apply: Check you are eligible for cover - you must be the homeowner or private landlord. Retail and commercial properties are eligible for this cover, so long as the boiler is not used as part of the commercial process. Check you are not already covered by other policies, such as your home insurance, so you're not paying for cover you don't need. What’s Not Included: pre-existing faults, issues with external or non-accessible pipework, cosmetic or non-functional issues.
Once you're covered: Your 12-month policy will commence once the direct debit is set up. From £X.XX per month, with your first month FREE. The cancellation period is 28 days after your policy start date, which is inclusive of your 14-day statutory cancellation period. See the Terms & Conditions for further cancellation details. If you pay by direct debit or credit/ debit card your cover will automatically renew unless you tell BeSure otherwise. Whatever payment method you choose, you will receive details of your renewal prior to your renewal date.
Annual Boiler Service: BeSure will contact you to arrange for an engineer to service the gas-fired boiler to statutory requirements, manufacturer's recommendations and relevant codes of practice. Boiler services are undertaken Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
