What’s included?
Our 10 point boiler service includes
1. Check boiler is powered adequately & is turned on
2. A visual check of the boiler and flame, if possible
3. Check the flue externally and internally
4. Check the operating pressure and/or heat input
5. Checking all safety devices
6. Check case seals form an effective seal
7. Boiler casing removed to check all main boiler components (burner, heat exchanger, main injector, spark/sensor probe)
8. Boiler fired safely to identify any working faults
9. Boiler parts cleaned, if necessary
10. A service report showing everything the engineer has done
