Not had your boiler serviced? You may have voided your manufacturer’s warranty leaving you with NO COVER this winter!
Manufacturers state that warranties are only valid if you get your boiler serviced annually. It’s something that they, nor installers tell you. The reason being is that if you don’t have a record of your boiler is serviced every year, they will refuse to honour your warranty and charge you a call-out fee to fix the boiler you thought was covered.
At the Be Sure Group we will be able to re-instate your warranty and honour the length of the original warranty if we perform your annual service to make sure you are Gas Safe, that there are no Carbon Monoxide leaks, your boiler is running efficiently and check for any potential wear and tear that might be preventable.

SLUDGE! – Sludge, limescale or any other debris that is found in your system IS NOT COVERED in your warranty. 87% of boiler failure is down to the quality of water within your heating system and what’s goes through your boiler. A service from us will sort this issue.
LIMESCALE! – When limescale builds up in your central heating pipes, it can cause a blockage that will restrict the flow of water. Blockages caused by limescale will also make your boiler overexert itself and eventually FAIL! This is not covered in your under your warranty.
In reality, you are only covered for about 13% of the reasons why your boiler may break down.
